Despite the location being close to popular tourist spots, we were still able to enjoy a peaceful and quiet atmosphere.

The room was spacious with a nice balcony and the daily cleaning was top-notch. the pool area had comfortable sunbeds and the towels provided could also be taken to the beach. the hotel's location was convenient, just a few minutes walk from the promenade and beach, and about a 10-minute walk to the Old Town.

There was also a lack of hooks on the bathroom door to hang dressing gowns.

The spacious L-shaped room with a balcony was a highlight, as was the daily housekeeping and high-quality Rituals toiletries provided. The breakfast options were delicious and varied, with both continental choices and made-to-order egg dishes. The pool area was comfortable, and the staff, especially Mate, Marijana, Dijana, and Jure. The hotel's proximity to the promenade and Old Town was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was exceptional.

The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival and the toilet had not been flushed. the air conditioning did not work properly and the room was uncomfortably warm throughout the stay.

The pool area was a bit too small and there were not enough sunbeds for all the guests. Also, the shower in our room was not working properly and the water pressure was very weak, which was quite frustrating. However, overall we had a pleasant city trip experience at this hotel.
